  • For customized jerseys, processing may take an additional 2–4 business days.

We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SHIPEZUSA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first using the tracking number provided.
  • Then email us at support@shipzusa.com so we can assist you further.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
